This luxury family concept project with magnificent views of the Bosphorus is located on the Asian side of Istanbul in Uskudar, Istanbul's old city centre, surrounded by high-end complexes and neighbours.
Combining the historic features of Candilli with modern architecture, the project reflects a version of traditional construction that is shaped by modern solutions and executed to perfection.
The design is by architect Emre Arolat.
Carefully selected materials, colours and textures of the interior finishes complement the bold architectural lines of the project. Two design options are offered: one using light shades of mink, beige and cream along with light wood tones, and the other using grey and earthy tones with darker wood tones. Floor-to-ceiling window panelling has been installed in all rooms to allow sunlight to reach every corner of the house and create spacious rooms. The calm, harmonious design of the project gives it a timeless and refined character.
